The Cuckoo’s Calling by Robert Galbraith seriously surprised me! I don’t normally read mysteries, but after loving Gone Girl so much, I thought I’d try another one. This is so good! If you follow Blogger Book Club, the final questions will be up on Friday! (After a long break. Our next book coming soon!)
Starbucks Banana Bread is my weakness. I get a slice at least once a week for lunch. I also tried a new banana bread recipe a few weeks ago and I’m itching to try it again – why can’t grocery stores sell overripe bananas? I hate waiting for mine to go ripe and I never have more than 2 left in a bushel.
I used to use the St. Tropez original formula, but recently tried the St. Tropez Dark formula and this stuff is good. Before, I had to use about 2-3 applications to get a dark tan, but this you only need ONE. It’s that good. It is a bit oranger and the smell is stronger, but if you rinse it off enough you don’t really notice it.
Bumble and Bumble Gentle Shampoo and Super Rich Conditioner smells so good. I’ve been very into “spa” like scents for beauty products lately. It’s a hard scent to explain but think Dermalogica and facial treatments. This shampoo and conditioner smells like this and makes my hair super soft!
I am ob-sessed with the Benefit Big Easy BB Cream after trying a sample from Sephora. I’ve never liked a foundation/face makeup so much… and I’ve never worn foundation more than 1 day in a row before this. It’s the perfect amount of coverage for every day and makes your skin look so naturally beautiful. I highly recommend trying it out!
This Loft Notched Cardigan has been on repeat in my work wardrobe since I purchased it for half off a month ago. I wish there were more colors! It’s slightly ovesized/drapey but not too much for work and the sleeves don’t stretch out which is a definite plus.
I knew I had to have the Kendra Scott Shaylee Necklace the minute I saw it. I told my friend and store manager at my local store that it’d be perfect in black not knowing that they made it in black and had only one left in the back – that’s called fate. I’ve been wearing it nonstop!
