Lush Bubble Bar: I’ve been taking more time to “pamper” myself at home with bubble baths, salt soaks and facial treatments since I haven’t had a massage in awhile it’s the cheapest alternative option. Plus, my new tub is ginormous. I tried this Lush Bubble Bar for the first time and I’m loving it! I crumbled half of it into a big, hot bath and it was amazing. I didn’t want to get out, I slept well that night and I felt well rested the next day. Win, win, win. For those of you who use Lush products, what should I use next?

Revlon Balm Stain – Crush: For whatever reason, I was on the hunt for a raspberry/wine/burgundy lipstick. I don’t even regularly wear lipstick, but the fall bug bit me and I had to have one. This is a great color for those of us who feel weird with a lot of color on our lips, but we’d really like a berry stain for fall.

Warby Parker Reilly Sunglasses: So I don’t actually own these (yet) but I can’t stop thinking about them. They’re the perfect shape, style, and color and they’re only $95 with polarized lenses plus Warby Parker is a philanthropic brand. The newest Warby Parker store in Buckhead Atlanta is now my favorite place ever. If you haven’t been – go now! You need new glasses!

BDG Black Skinnies: I’ve talked about and linked to these jeans a lot over the past few years on the blog, but they’re still around all this time because they’re that amazing. This month I was finally able to wear jeans every weekend and jeans are my favorite. These are stretchy, skinny and last forever – I promise! I have a pair from Sophomore year of college that I still wear!

Crockpot: I think these are a fall favorite for everyone; reminiscent of tailgates, buffalo chicken dip, and chili. I kicked off Crockpot season with the most delicious white chicken chili recipe I’ve ever eaten… and yes I will share (maybe).

Big Little Lies by Lianne MoriartyOkay, we picked a big time winner on Blogger Book Club this month! I finished this book in a week and a half. It was really that good! With the help of Audible, I read/listened in the car on the way home from work (traffic, ugh), I read at lunch, in the bath and all weekend on the couch. Can’t wait for the movie adaptation and to read other books by her!

Leopard Loafers: I bet you you can wear this with anything this fall… chambray, military jackets, flannel, chunky sweaters. If you don’t own a pair by now you’re doing something wrong. I slip these things on with my weekend leggings and feel automatically put together. No one even notices my unwashed hair! Right?

What were you loving this month?

  1. I’m definitely going to try out that lip stain! I’ve been looking for something dark. I bought those leopard loafers that were really popular from Target a few years ago and I still wear them often! There’s a Lush across the street from where I work, so I’m going to have to check it out!
